Q: What precautions are taken to ensure safety?
A: Orders are prepared in a sanitized environment.  Protective equipment is worn to ensure safety.

Q: How safe is your site?
A: Our site is powered by Shopify that uses industry standard tools to secure your shopping experience.  See https://www.shopify.com/security/pci-compliant

Q: Are payments secured?
A: Yes they are.  Shopify facilitates payments from major credit cards.  We also offer Paypal payments.  We never see or hold your payment information.


Q: How is my personal data used?
A: Your personal data resides with Shopify.  We only print your shipping information for the unique purpose of getting your order to its destination.

 

SHIPPING

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship only to the US.

Q: How long does it take to prep and ship?
A: It takes one business day.  During normal business hours, if you place your order at least 1 hour before the post office closes, we’ll do our utmost to get it to the post office the same day.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase.

Q: Can I do an exchange?
A: Unfortunately, we don't accept exchanges.

Q: Can I do a return?
A: Yes.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
